In this article, we’ll look at a self-defense course for bullying. These are powerful lessons that can keep your kids and teens safe. Let’s work together as a group to end bullying once and for all!
I have always believed that self-defense is about protecting other people just as much as it has to do with keeping myself safe.
That’s why I consider bullying to be a common problem for everyone, regardless of whether the kids are affected or not.

It makes you think about a lot of things.
The number of kids refusing to attend school each day for fear of harassment and bullying exceeds 160,000
That said, I really dislike bullying.
Of all the nasty stuff people can do to each other, bullying has always baffled me with how mindlessly cruel it is. Most of us were fortunate enough to either suffer a minor case of it, or avoid the experience altogether.
However, there are many young people today who weren’t so lucky. According to some figures, several thousand kids worldwide commit suicide due to bullying – every year.
That said, it’s a really sad outcome and we need to do something about it as a society.

A course that teaches kids on how to deal with bullies
Nick Drossos, a renown self defense instructor, as created a comprehensive course on how to deal with bullies. This video course is designed especially for kids and teenagers.
The video course also covers important self defense concepts for teenage girls, from verbal abuse, intimidation and ground fighting tactics.
So, can the video like “Bully Proof” (Ad) actually make a difference? I believe so. If enough people know about it and see it.
And, knowing about a problem makes you want to look for solutions. We need to spread awareness, if nothing else.
Are you with me? I’m sure you are.
