Of all the crimes, pickpocketing is probably the most frequent, but also the easiest to avoid. In this article, we’ll discuss about self-awareness against pickpockets.
Usually, all you need to do is not make things easy for thieves; put your valuables somewhere safe and being able to notice if they’re still there.
If you fail to do so… well, you have no one to blame but yourself!

Why do so many people just don’t get it?
Most of the time, people’s money gets stolen not because the pickpockets are so skillful, but simply because their victims are mind-bogglingly careless!
If an incident like this can be avoided just by putting your wallet into a safer place than the one compartment of your backpack anyone can easily access, then why not take precautions?
I’m pretty sure that you’ll miss that money if it’s gone!
Pickpockets are already proficient; Why help them?
You should always remember: for pickpockets, any moment can be a moment of opportunity. Even if you have stopped only for a few seconds to wait for a traffic light, it’s quite enough for them.
