They say, “Prevention is better than cure.” You may think that this quote only applies in your health but I believe it is open to many interpretations. Instead of avoiding certain things to not get sick, practicing self-defense moves to remain safe is something everyone should know.

Have you ever thought of the scenario where you’ll bump into a psychopath and he starts to attack you furiously? Are you just going to run away? Will you have the option to run away? What if he’ll be able to catch up? What will you do?
